We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our application does not share any personal or private data with us. Any data collected is only processed locally on your device (saved in an encrypted version of Unitys "PlayerPrefs"). However, we utilize third-party services to provide certain features:

ElevenLabs (Text-to-Speech) – We use ElevenLabs' API for voice generation of the AI responses. ElevenLabs may collect data according to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: https://elevenlabs.io/privacy-policy.
OpenAI (e.g. GPT-5) – We use OpenAI's API for the chat functionality and voice generation within our application. OpenAI may collect data as per their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: https://openai.com/policies/row-privacy-policy.

You can choose which of these AI services you want to use. In the app, you can switch providers and models with the commands ###setAIProvider and ###setAIModel. At present, ElevenLabs is still required for text-to-speech, but this requirement does not apply to the language models (LLMs).
You can also connect your own accounts for the above services so that nothing is routed through our accounts. To do this, enter the commands ###setAIProviderKey and ###setAIProviderOrganization directly into the chat.
In the near future, we aim to provide offline Speech-to-Text, offline Text-to-Speech, and potentially offline LLMs so that all processing happens entirely on your device. This is our mid-term goal to offer a fully private, local AI experience.

Attention:
When talking with our digital human chatbot, you will notice that it has a memory about previous talks you had with it and will remember your name and basic information. You can tell this digital human to not collect any data, which will automatically delete its memory and stop it from remembering previous talks. All collected information is encrypted and only saved locally on your device. It is not shared with us. However, they are shared with the LLMs mentioned above, so that they can remember previous conversations. Ask the digital human which information it has about you to see all details about everything that is remembered from you.

2. Description of Service
Our chatbot provides users with conversational AI services, including text-based interactions powered by OpenAI's API and voice generation features powered by ElevenLabs' API. This free demo version is specifically for testing purposes, and we pay for the AI costs incurred during your usage, which are displayed in the header UI bar within the app.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use our chatbot services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the chatbot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the chatbot's functionality or servers.
- Use the chatbot to transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the chatbot or its underlying technology.
- Use the chatbot to engage in any form of automated data collection, such as scraping, harvesting, or mining.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through our chatbot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of our application or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission.
5. Third-Party Services
Our chatbot integrates third-party services, including OpenAI and ElevenLabs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for any data collected by these third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our chatbot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the chatbot's performance, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the chatbot. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our application and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the chatbot or violation of these Terms of Service.
9. Cost and Budget Information
This demo version is free for testing purposes, and we provide a free budget to cover the AI costs generated during your usage, which are displayed in the UI header bar. However, once this free budget is depleted, it is strictly forbidden to find workarounds or hacks to continue generating costs. Doing so is unfair to other users, as we aim to give everyone the chance to test the chatbot. Please be mindful that every AI service used in our app, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and AI interactions, incurs costs for us, which we cover for testers. We are also working on providing more cost-effective alternatives, such as lower-quality voice generation or free options for certain features, so that users can continue using the app for longer.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the chatbot at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of the free budget or attempts to create costs beyond what is permitted.

12. Governing Law
